opening of the Exhibition (on invitation only) on all three sites in the presence of the highest authorities of the Principality and of international philately:
- at the Stamps and Coins Museum, Exhibition of 100 Philatelic World Rarities
- at the "Salle du Canton" Hall, the commercial leg of the exhibition with 80 stands of Postal Administrations ant international stamp dealers
- at the Top Cars Collection Museum, an exhibition devoted to the philately of the UK and former colonies, around The Collection of HM Queen Elizabeth II and the collections of the Royal Philatelic Society of London (own collections and collections of its members)
